ToggleCyberpunk 2077 is coming to the tabletop, and fans are eager for more. This reasonably competent Cyberpunk 2077 board game has been crowdfunded by CD Projekt in partnership with Go On Board. Originally, the campaign, which was looking to raise just $100,000, went stratospheric, raising an incredible total of $1,183,300 and hitting its goal in a little over 10 minutes!
The Cyberpunk Experience in Boardgames
Perhaps we are all just trying to live in the Cloudpunk universe, but this tabletop adaptation is said to deliver what you’d expect from a well-loved RPG – including familiar faces like V and Judy as opposed to whatever that turn-based rendition sticks on your screen.

A cooperative, story-driven tactical action board game for 1-4 players that delivers an innovative and immersive experience with epic miniatures included in the box.
Stretch Goals? Smashed and Then Some!
Given the overwhelming response here, this stands to reason that every stretch goal has been blown away. The new Kickstarter means more detailed miniatures, a unique mission, and even additional weapons in the game for backers.
There are two editions of the game available: a standard edition for $79 and a deluxe version at $139 which will come with more plastic components, as well as premium materials.

Cyberpunk 2077: A Venerable Franchise In Full Swing
The latest addition to the slate of cool things happening in Cyberpunk 2077, is this board game. The sci-fi RPG was confirmed to be “nearly finished” earlier this year by co-director Gabriel Amatangelo, and a follow-up titled Project Orion is already in the works from CD Projekt Red.
Development on the sequel is being led by CD Projekt Red’s brand new studio in Boston, to bring fresh talent while also keeping a tight hold of ties to its European heritage.
For a franchise as enthralling and top-selling as Cyberpunk 2077, extra imaginative storytelling is not just welcome in the form of things like comic books or video games – now it’s headed to the tabletop.
Steeped in the same high-octane, immersive experience as Cyberpunk City v1; it is clear that this isn’t the last we have seen of some kind of expansion to the tabletop adaptation of Playnetasiums very first board game.
