With the release of Visions of Mana on the horizon, a new “Tourism Guide” trailer offers fans an early look at its dark yet vibrant world. Out at the end of this month, the newest in Square’s venerable Mana series should keep you busy with its deep RPG aspects.
The Mana series kicked off with a Game Boy title called Final Fantasy Adventure, which was originally planned as an offshoot of Square’s flagship Final Fantasy franchise. That changed after Secret of Mana, and from there, the series began to separate itself as a unique entity in the RPG genre.

A demo for the game was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC last month. The game will contain a few pre-order bonuses, including the exclusive Gladius small sword prestige weapon for Val;
when demo save data is present on hand with a full version purchase of the final product., Players also receive additional weapons (the note suggests at least three from one image provided) in which they have named the Falx great sword and Horn spear as extras to go alongside any other gear that comes standard. One thing worth repeating from our previous offer — save data is not transferable to the full game.

Visions of Mana takes players to the village of Tianeea, where an Alm will be chosen in anticipation of the Faerie. Once every four years alms from all the regions of the world used to go on their pilgrimage to the Tree of Mana to replenish mana energy and a soul guard too would always accompany them as a safeguard. As a soul guard, the main character in Valheim falls into this critical role.
In April, Japan revived the Mana series with a sort of touching live-action trailer about how one young boy has played every game in the series since he was born (the original Seiken Densetsu appeared there back in 1991).
Mana is Visions of set for a release on August 29th, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam/Microsoft Store).
